Opera Singer Nathan Carlisle

Opera singer and former Howard Countian Nathan Carlisle is one of ten finalists competing for thousands of dollars in prizes in the 2010 Rising Stars competition.

The Rising Stars showcase is the annual gala thrown by the Howard County Arts Council as both a fundraiser and to help fund promising young artists from Howard County. This year's Rising Stars competition is set for April 24th, in Rouse Theater.
