Ellicott City, Maryland, USA — my hometown

Hello, I am David Hobby. I am a photographer based in Ellicott City, Maryland, a small town in the eastern part of the United States. That's my hometown, pictured above.

I love to travel with my camera. It becomes a visa that encourages me to see new things; to meet new people.

If you are reading this page, it is probably because we met and had a conversation in a city far away from my home. Thank you for making my trip better—and for coming to visit this page to see my work.

Also, if I have promised to send you a photo via email and have forgotten, I apologize!

You can email me at HobbyDavid@yahoo.com and I will get the photo out to you. Or you can always reach me on Twitter at @Strobist if you prefer.

I look forward to hearing from you.

Thank you,
