Hi, I'm David Hobby. I have been a Howard County-based photojournalist for the past 30 years. (You can learn more about me and/or see some of my work, here.)
My current project centers on immigrants in Howard County, and seeks to showcase the ways in which they elevate the quality of life here in Howard County. And I could use your help. I'm always on the lookout for inspiring people who have moved to Howard County from another country. Of particular interest are people who:
• have started a business here that introduces an aspect of their home culture
• have opened a restaurant that brings international food to Howard County
• are working here, and sending remittances home to help support their families
